  • Anti-nausea medicine: This medicine helps to control your vomiting and calm your stomach. This provides relief to the muscles of your stomach which was pressurized due to vomiting.

  • Antibiotics: Antibiotics helps to prevent the infection caused due to the bacteria. Bacterial infection needs to be cured on initial basis, since it may give rise to other complications.

Follow up with the doctor is an essential part after the treatment. You should discuss and schedule your follow ups after surgery, radiation and chemotherapy with your doctor. This will allow you to know if you have any chances of recurrence of this disease. You may have to visit your doctor after every six to three months during the initial three years after your treatment. About 75 percent of endometrial cancer, recurrence cases are found within the initial five years of follow up. Later on, chances of recurrence decreases and thus the follow up visits also reduces. Generally, it becomes twice in a year.

During each follow up visit, your doctor will undergo pelvic examination and will check your lymph nodes nearby groin. Undergoing Pap smear on a regular basis can help you detect the recurrence of cancer easily.
