Heart Cancer Causes
Heart cancer is considered as a life-threatening type of cancer which occurs when tumour cells attack the cells of heart and develop a tumour. This cancer occurs very rarely and a study conducted by American Cancer Care shows that 19,000 cases of this cancer are diagnosed every year. Heart cancer causes are still unknown and many researchers worldwide are still working on them. The tumour developed in this cancer tends to develop rapidly and spread to other parts of the body at a faster rate as compared to other cancers. Symptoms of heart cancer when cured at early stages, guarantee a successful elimination of the tumour. Treatment and healing of heart cancer includes surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. There are also some complementary treatments available on this tumour which includes massage therapy, yoga and acupuncture.
Heart cancer is classified into two types:-
Primary heart cancer:-
Primary heart cancer is a type of tumour which occurs when the malignant cells develop in the heart and spread to other parts of the body. In this tumour, the origin of cancer is the heart. Primary heart cancer is considered as a common type of heart cancer.
Secondary heart cancer:-
Secondary heart cancer is a type of tumour which occurs when the malignant cells of this tumour attack the heart from other parts of the body. So the origin of tumour here is not the heart. Secondary heart cancer is a rare type of heart cancer and the tumour is considered as severe and incurable.
Symptoms of heart cancer are:-
Out of all these massive chest pain, strokes, murmuring of heart and swelling are the symptoms that are observed in the early stages of the tumour. If any of these symptoms are observed then the consulting your surgeon is highly recommended.
Heart cancer causes are still unknown. However, alteration in the functioning of body cells and their uncontrollable growth in the body are considered as the main heart cancer causes.
Alteration in the function of body cells:-
Alteration in the functioning of the body cells occurs when the body experiences lack of oxygen supply. This affects the blood circulation in the body due to which levels of impurity of blood tend to increase. High levels of impurity in the blood damage the heart as the main source of blood circulation throughout the body is our heart. Due to this the pumping rate increases and so rapid rate of heartbeats is experienced in the body. It further results into an imbalance of red and white cells in the body. Due to this, a lot of weakness is observed in the immune system and the body gets prone to wide range of diseases like malaria, diarrhoea, constant cough, fever and other viral infections. When the impurity in the blood cells attains a level of severity, the person experiences massive blood pressure in the body which further leads to massive heart attacks.
Uncontrollable cell growth:-
This happens due to infringement in the development of cells in the body. This results into an imbalance in the levels of oxygen in the body. As a result, the heart is not able to pump pure blood into the body. This affects the functioning of blood circulation throughout the body and the levels of impurity in the blood tend to increase. Due to this, the functioning of heart gets damaged and the heart is not able to maintain the balance of pure blood in the body. This results into increase in the levels of heartbeat and so a symptom called murmuring of heart is observed. This further results to high blood pressure in the body and further leads to massive heart attacks. Improper functioning of heart also affects the immune system of the body which further exposes the body to variety of other diseases.
Exact heart cancer causes remain an unsolved mystery as the scientists have failed again and again in finding the exact cause of this tumour. However, several studies are being conducted in various developed research centres and cancer institutes regarding the causes, new diagnosing techniques and treatment of the disease.
