Multiple Myeloma Causes:

Diet:

Multiple myeloma is caused by unnatural and abnormal production of plasma cells which originate in the bone marrow. Diet that supports a balance of blood cells and strengthens the bones is the best way to counter such effects

Fruits:

People who have a regular intake of fruits certainly have better immunity and lower risks of acquiring cancers. Fruits such as blackberries, strawberries, blue berries, cranberries are known to reduce oxidation. Citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, sweet lime are good sources of vitamin C and fiber and known to slow the process of aging.

Vegetable and other sources:
